The Golden Archer Award is the student choice book award in Wisconsin. It is sponsored by the Wisconsin Educational Media and Technology Association and named for Mrs. Marion Archer, children's author and former children's literature professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. The award was first given in 1974. Votes for the 2014 award are due by March 1, 2014. Students may submit one vote. Then, nominations for the 2015 award are due on May 1, 2014. There is no limit to the number of nominations.
