What is the best use of your face-to-face class time?

...assume that students know how to watch a video. You need to teach students how to watch and take notes, pause and repeat.
The often heard question - what if students don't have the technology for the Flipped Classrooms model? That is an issue that we can work around. We can't work around students having access to an adult that has in-depth knowledge about what they are learning. Most students do not have access to someone at home who can help them with their homework. How do we make that equitable?
