How to brainstorm new ideas:

As a general rule, it is always a good idea to find as many primary sources as possible since they are more likely to tell a complete picture of what you're researching and is first hand.

The easiest way to tell is if it's peer reviewed or published by a site/organization that has data to support the information presented.
